Information for a support request
To help us identify the request, please include:
- the email address of the existing portal account,
- a short description of the issue and the app version in use,
- never the password, an access code or a complete sign-in link.
Account and privacy requests
The app does not create accounts. It can only be used with an existing and approved portal account.
Requests for access, correction or deletion are handled through the contact method shown above.
