Purpose of processing

ipscgrid.pro is a private system that supports IPSC match organizers, Range Officers and crew members with the following tasks:

1. Duty planning of Range Officers and helpers
2. Billing of Range Officers and helpers
3. Preparation of billing statements for organizers
4. Reports on IROA assignments and President Medals
5. Error analysis of stage results
6. Communication with Range Officers and helpers, recipients of mandatory notifications
7. RO Points History (only for your own profile in Self-Service)
8. GEO Features (for your own profile in Self-Service only)
9. Using the optional app for iOS and Android

Source of personal data

Match participants: registration data from the ECM portal or ipscmatch.de,

match data/results from ESS

Range Officers and helpers: through registration with the organizer or self-service functions

Categories of personal data

1. Personal data (name, email, region)
2. Information relating to registration in the competition (e.g. competition divisions according to the Sport Handbook)
3. Organisational data (e.g. squad, RO rank, GROI/IROA number)
4. Results from ESS
5. Technical data

Legal bases

1. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: Processing is necessary for participation in the competition or for RO planning/billing.
2. Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations
3. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: In certain cases, data may be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest

Retention period

Your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the functionality of the system.

Range Officers and helpers may request deletion of their personal account.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

1. Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
2. Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
3. Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
4. Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

Hosting and technical infrastructure

Data processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany.
